  • Nuts: 1 cup raw almonds 1 cup raw cashews 1 cup raw pecans 1 cup raw walnuts
  • Coating: 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup light brown sugar packed 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference) 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix coating:
In a large bowl whisk together melted butter maple syrup or honey brown sugar salt cinnamon smoked paprika cayenne pepper and black pepper until smooth
Coat nuts:
Add all nuts to the bowl Toss thoroughly to coat evenly
Spread nuts:
Spread nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet
Roast nuts:
Roast for 20 25 minutes stirring halfway through until nuts are golden and aromatic
Cool nuts:
Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet (they will crisp up as they cool)
Store nuts:
Break apart any clusters and transfer to an airtight container for storage
