Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix coating:
- In a large bowl whisk together melted butter maple syrup or honey brown sugar salt cinnamon smoked paprika cayenne pepper and black pepper until smooth
- Coat nuts:
- Add all nuts to the bowl Toss thoroughly to coat evenly
- Spread nuts:
- Spread nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet
- Roast nuts:
- Roast for 20 25 minutes stirring halfway through until nuts are golden and aromatic
