11 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust heat to preference)
12 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup or honey, brown sugar, kosher salt, cinnamon, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
03 - Add almonds, cashews, pecans, and walnuts to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat evenly with the mixture.
04 - Spread the coated nuts in a single, even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Roast nuts in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
06 - Remove from oven and cool completely on the baking sheet to allow nuts to crisp. Break apart any clusters and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
