# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour

07 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

09 - 1 cup granulated sugar
10 - 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
11 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

12 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
13 - 1 to 2 tbsp milk
14 - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

# How to Make It:

01 - Whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, blend warm milk, water, eggs, and melted butter.
03 - Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
04 - Knead by hand or with a dough hook for 6 to 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
05 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled, about 1 hour.
06 - Mix together sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
07 - On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12 by 20 inch rectangle.
08 - Brush melted butter over dough surface, then evenly sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture.
09 - Cut dough into 5 strips lengthwise, stack them, then cut into 6 rectangles.
10 - Place stacked rectangles upright in a greased 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
11 - Cover and allow dough to rise for 30 minutes until puffy.
12 - Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
13 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, covering loosely with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over-browning if needed.
14 - Let bread cool 10 minutes in pan before transferring to a wire rack.
15 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over warm bread if desired.
