# What You'll Need:

→ Oats Base

01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
03 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt

→ Matcha Layer

08 - 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
09 - 2 tablespoons hot water
10 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

→ Strawberry Layer

11 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
12 - 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
13 - 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until completely dissolved and smooth. Stir in the almond milk until fully combined.
03 - In another bowl, toss diced strawberries with lemon juice and maple syrup. Gently mash approximately half of the strawberries to create a chunky sauce consistency while leaving remaining pieces diced.
04 - Divide half of the oat mixture evenly between two mason jars with lids.
05 - Distribute strawberry mixture over the oat base in both jars, reserving a few pieces for garnish on top.
06 - Combine remaining oat mixture with the prepared matcha blend, stirring until completely smooth. Layer this mixture over the strawberry layer in both jars.
07 - Arrange reserved strawberry pieces on top of each jar. Seal both jars tightly with lids.
08 - Refrigerate sealed jars for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld and oats to soften.
09 - In the morning, gently stir the contents and consume chilled directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
