# What You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed

→ Fillings

02 - 8 slices deli turkey
03 - 8 slices deli ham
04 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
05 - 8 slices cheddar cheese

→ Spreads

06 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Vegetables

09 - 1 cup baby spinach leaves
10 - 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced

→ Garnish

11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Lay out bread slices on a flat surface and gently flatten each with a rolling pin.
02 - In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
03 - Spread a thin layer of the prepared cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
04 - Place one slice each of turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese on every bread slice.
05 - Distribute a few baby spinach leaves and thin strips of red bell pepper on top of the layered fillings.
06 - Starting from one edge, roll each bread slice tightly into a log.
07 - Trim the ends of each roll, then cut each log into three equal pieces.
08 - Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut each piece into star shapes.
09 - Place star-shaped roll-ups on a platter and optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
