10 - 1 tsp sesame oil
11 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
12 - 1/4 cup beef or chicken broth
13 - 1 tsp cornstarch

14 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
# How to Make It:
01 - Toss the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a bowl. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
02 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, broth, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch in a small bowl until combined.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Spread the beef in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Remove beef and transfer to a plate.
04 - Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the pan. Add broccoli and onion if using; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until broccoli is bright green and just tender. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
05 - Return beef to the pan and pour sauce over all ingredients. Toss to coat and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
06 - Serve immediately with steamed jasmine or brown rice or noodles.
