03 - Top the yogurt with a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, banana, and kiwi pieces.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It takes less than ten minutes and you can eat it straight from the jar on your way out the door.
  • Every spoonful gives you something different—creamy yogurt, juicy fruit, that satisfying crunch from the granola.
  • You can change the fruit and toppings every time so it never gets boring.
02 -
  • If you layer the parfait the night before, the granola will turn soggy, so pack it separately and add it just before eating.
  • Greek yogurt is much thicker than regular yogurt and won't make the layers runny, so don't swap it for the thin stuff unless you want a mess.
  • Slice the banana at the last minute or toss it in a little lemon juice, otherwise it'll turn brown and look sad by the time you sit down.
03 -
  • Toast your granola in a dry pan for two minutes before layering and it'll smell incredible and taste even crunchier.
  • If your yogurt is too thick, stir in a teaspoon of milk or a splash of orange juice to loosen it just enough to spread easily.
  • Layer the fruit in a pattern—berries on one side, banana on the other—so every spoonful has a little contrast.
