04 - Distribute pomegranate seeds, chopped pistachios, and optional coconut flakes uniformly across the yogurt layer.
05 - Press the toppings gently into the yogurt using the back of a spoon to adhere.
06 - Place the baking sheet uncovered in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
07 - Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately or keep in an airtight container in the freezer.
