Express Snowflake Quesadillas (Print Version)

Crispy, cheesy quesadillas with festive snowflake shapes, perfect for a quick, flavorful snack or meal.

# What You'll Need:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Cheese

02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (5.3 oz)
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1.8 oz)

→ Optional Fillings

04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions (1 oz)
05 - 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (1 oz)
06 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives (1 oz)

→ For Serving

07 - Sour cream
08 - Salsa

# How to Make It:

01 - Use a sharp knife or cookie cutter to cut snowflake patterns into 2 tortillas; set aside as tops.
02 - Place the remaining 2 tortillas flat. Evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese over each, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Add optional fillings as desired.
03 - Cover each cheese-layered tortilla with a snowflake-cut tortilla.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Transfer one assembled quesadilla; cook 2–3 minutes until bottom is golden and cheese begins to melt.
05 - Carefully turn the quesadilla; cook an additional 2–3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from skillet and repeat the cooking process with the second quesadilla.
07 - Allow to cool slightly, then cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
