- Step 1:
- Using a sharp knife or cookie cutter , cut snowflake patterns into 2 of the tortillas. These will be your tops.

- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Carefully transfer one quesadilla to the skillet. Cook for 2โ3 minutes until the bottom is golden and the cheese begins to melt.

- Carefully flip and cook the other side for 2โ3 minutes until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Step 6:
- Remove from skillet , repeat with the second quesadilla.
- Step 7:
- Let cool slightly , then cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
