# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (8.8 oz)

→ Filling

02 - 3.5 oz sliced salami
03 - 3.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ For Brushing

05 - 1 large egg, beaten

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Layer the sliced salami evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
04 - Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log.
