# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 to 16 small carrots with tops, washed and trimmed
02 - 1 cup sugar snap peas
03 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes
04 - 1 cup radishes, halved
05 - ½ cup cucumber slices
06 - ½ cup bell pepper strips (orange, yellow, or red)

07 - 1 cup hummus (classic or roasted garlic)
08 - ¼ cup black olives, finely chopped
09 - 2 tablespoons toasted panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

→ Garnish

11 - Fresh dill or parsley sprigs
12 - Microgreens (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash, trim, and cut all vegetables as needed, leaving some carrot tops attached to maintain a garden appearance.
02 - In a small bowl, combine hummus with finely chopped black olives until evenly blended.
03 - Spread the hummus mixture in a thick strip or oval shape on a large serving platter to mimic a garden bed.
04 - Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs and chopped parsley evenly over the hummus to resemble soil texture.
05 - Place the carrots vertically into the hummus soil base, simulating carrots growing from the ground.
06 - Fill the remaining platter space with sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, radish halves, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips.
07 - Decorate with fresh dill, parsley sprigs, or microgreens to enhance color and mimic carrot tops. Serve immediately.
