# How to Make It:
01 - Whisk almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
02 - Combine diced apples with lemon juice and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
03 - Stir chia pudding thoroughly. Spoon a layer of pudding into serving glasses or bowls, add an apple layer, then swirl in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter per serving. Repeat layers if desired.
04 - Top with chopped roasted peanuts, apple slices, and optionally drizzle with maple syrup.
