03 - ½ cup breadcrumbs

13 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar

15 - 1 clove garlic, minced

# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into 20 even meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
06 - Remove meatballs from the oven and toss them immediately in the warm honey glaze until evenly coated.
07 - Serve meatballs hot, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
