# How to Make It:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size, about 45 to 60 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Stir in the chopped spinach until evenly incorporated. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two portions. Roll the larger portion into a thick rope and shape it into a ring approximately 9 inches in diameter. Place ring on the baking sheet. Cut and shape the smaller portion into branched antlers and attach securely to the ring. Cut a slit along the top of the ring without cutting through it completely and gently fill the cavity with the spinach dip.
- Brush the dough with the beaten egg for a golden finish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the bread is golden brown and cooked through, and the dip is bubbling.
- Optionally, use cherry tomatoes or olives to create eyes and a nose, completing the reindeer appearance.
- Serve warm, allowing guests to pull apart the bread and scoop dip as desired.
