# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It tastes like dessert but won't derail your fitness goals—your future self will thank you for this one.
  • The whole thing takes five minutes to throw together, then you basically forget about it until you've got restaurant-quality ice cream waiting in your freezer.
  • You can customize it endlessly depending on what's in your pantry or what you're craving that day.
02 -
  • The protein powder brand matters more than you'd think—some clump or leave a gritty texture, so stick with one you know works in shakes.
  • If you don't fully blend out the protein powder, you'll end up with weird chalky bits in your ice cream, so spend the extra ten seconds getting it completely smooth.
  • The sweetness level is very personal; I started with the lower amount and add more maple syrup next time if I want it sweeter rather than starting too sweet.
03 -
  • Make an extra pint and keep it in your freezer for those days when you need something that feels indulgent but actually supports your goals.
  • If your protein powder tends to clump, sift it into the blender before adding wet ingredients to prevent lumps that ruin the texture.
