05 - Serve over ice cubes in glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges or extra jalapeño slices, if desired.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • You get that hit of pineapple sweetness followed by a playful, gentle heat that keeps you coming back for another sip.
  • It comes together faster than you can chill your glasses—perfect for last-minute gatherings or self-care afternoons.
02 -
  • Once I forgot to strain the drink and discovered floating pineapple fibers lurking in my teeth at a party—so sieve if you care about looks.
  • Starting with very cold water speeds up chilling and keeps the ice from melting instantly, preserving flavor.
03 -
  • Blend longer than you think for ultra-silkiness; a high-speed blender turns the drink positively creamy.
  • Let the flavors sit together in the fridge for half an hour before serving for even brighter aromatics.
