# What You'll Need:

01 - 16 cooked shrimp, peeled with tails on
02 - 7 oz sliced Chinese BBQ pork (char siu)
03 - 8 cooked chicken potstickers (store-bought or homemade)

05 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

# How to Make It:

01 - Prepare all ingredients and arrange them mise en place for easy assembly.
02 - On a large serving board, arrange cucumber slices in a winding, serpentine shape to represent the dragon's body.
03 - Layer shrimp, Chinese BBQ pork slices, chicken potstickers, and rice balls along the cucumber body to simulate dragon scales.
04 - Use bell pepper strips, blanched sugar snap peas, shredded purple cabbage, carrot matchsticks, and green onions to form vibrant fins, spines, and tail features along the body.
05 - Shape the dragon's head with a rice ball at one end, decorate with black sesame seeds for eyes, red chili slices as whiskers or fire, and arrange cilantro as a feathery mane.
06 - Place the mandarin orange near the dragon's mouth to represent the pearl.
07 - Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the entire arrangement, add garnishes of extra cilantro and green onions as desired, and serve with sweet chili, hoisin, and soy sauces for dipping.
