# How to Make It:
01 - Submerge chicken pieces in buttermilk and refrigerate for 15 minutes minimum. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Remove chicken from buttermilk, coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture, and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Apply light olive oil spray to all surfaces.
03 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to cool slightly before assembly.
