# How to Make It:
01 - Lightly mash the drained beans in a bowl with a fork to facilitate spreading.
02 - Warm a large skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
03 - Place a tortilla in the skillet. Evenly sprinkle ¼ cup shredded cheese over half the tortilla, then add approximately 3 tablespoons of mashed beans.
